PREPAIR TO PLAY

SPEED  AGILITY QUICKNESS

AIR has teamed up with YES Soccer to develop our  PREPAIR TO PLAY program! Our Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) training develops an athlete’s physical and mental skills to improve performance on the field. Athletes will perform high level drills for quickness and acceleration, change of direction speed, and footwork patterns. They will be challenged with proven techniques to improve SAQ .  A progression of levels will build, condition, and prepare the athlete. Class size limited to 10 participants. Benefits all sports programs.

Looking for one-on-one training?  AIR Fitness Trainer Bryan Shannon has a Masters Degree in Sports Performance and Injury Prevention. He has trained a variety of male andfemale athletes ranging in levels from Elementary School to college level, to Professional Sports (NFL). Bryan works with athletes one-on-one to build their strength, agility and coordination.
