Senior Programs

Group Fitness Classes are a great way for active, older adults to get the physical activity they need to Get Healthy and Stay Healthy. No matter what your level of fitness, there’s a class that’s right for you at AIR FITNESS. Classes are safe, lots of fun and are led by knowledgeable instructors experienced in working with seniors.

How much physical activity do older adults need?  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, older adults need at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week, and 2 or more days per week of muscle-strengthening activity.*  AIR Fitness can help you achieve these goals!
