Instructors Jodi Vaneman and Dawn Sherry have years of experience conducting this very specialized class now offered to AIR Fitness Members that have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.
It is very important to exercise when you have Parkinson’s disease (PD). Exercise can help you manage the different symptoms of your PD and can help you regain control of your life. However, the question always arises about what types of exercise are best. Many people who live with Parkinson’s have been attracted to boxing because research has been shown it to improve both motor and non-motor skills in people with PD.
The class takes place at our New Castle facility and occurs Friday mornings at 10:00AM.
